The Cabo Rosa Tunnels, on the southern coast of Isabela, are unique volcanic formations: lava arches and natural tunnels created by underground flows millions of years ago. This site combines geological beauty with protected, crystal-clear waters, ideal for snorkeling.

Lava arches are approximately 800m long and are formed by collapsed tunnels that cross over the water.
It is considered one of the best snorkeling spots in the Galapagos, with abundant marine life and calm currents.
While sailing, blue-footed boobies, frigate birds, pelicans and sea lions are often seen resting on rocks, and occasionally penguins.
