G ISLANDS TOURS

By using our website or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with them, please refrain from using our services.

1. RESERVATIONS AND PAYMENTS

• All reservations are subject to availability.

• A non-refundable deposit is required to confirm your reservation.

• Full payment must be made at least 7 days before the start of the tour, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

• Payments are accepted via bank transfer, credit card, and authorized payment gateways (Stripe, PayPhone, etc.).

2. CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

• Cancellations must be notified in writing via email.

• The percentage of refund will depend on the notice period before the start of the tour:

  • 30+ days: 70% refund

  • 15–29 days: 50% refund

  • <14 days: no refund

• No refunds will be given in case of no-show.

• In case of cancellation by G ISLANDS TOURS, rescheduling or full refund will be offered.

3. CHANGES IN THE ITINERARY

• G ISLANDS TOURS reserves the right to modify routes, activities or accommodations for reasons of safety, weather or logistics.

• The alternatives offered will be of equal or greater value and quality.

4. TRAVEL INSURANCE

• It is strongly recommended that you purchase comprehensive travel insurance that covers:

  • Cancellations

  • Medical expenses

  • Emergency evacuation

  • Theft or loss of luggage

5. TRAVELER RESPONSIBILITIES

• The traveler is responsible for:

  • Obtain a valid passport and necessary visas

  • Respect immigration and local regulations

  • Follow the guide’s instructions

• G ISLANDS TOURS is not responsible for denied entry or immigration problems.

6. HEALTH AND SAFETY

• Travelers must report any pre-existing medical conditions prior to travel.

• Some tours are not recommended for people with reduced mobility or heart conditions.

• It is mandatory to follow the guide’s instructions and comply with biosafety measures.

7. MODIFICATIONS OR CANCELLATION BY G ISLANDS TOURS

• In exceptional circumstances, the agency may:

  • Reschedule the experience

  • Cancel departure due to force majeure (hurricanes, pandemics, etc.)

• In these cases, a full refund or rescheduling will be offered without penalty.

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

• G ISLANDS TOURS is not responsible for:

  • Accidents or losses beyond your control

  • Delays due to flights or external transport

  • Damage caused by third parties or due to non-compliance with rules by the traveler

• The agency will only be liable for actions caused by proven negligence.

9. ENVIRONMENTAL REGULATIONS

  • You must respect the distances from animals and not feed them.

  • Use only authorized trails and certified guides

• We promote sustainable and low-impact tourism practices.

10. COPYRIGHT

• All content delivered (digital material, photographs, itineraries and texts) is the intellectual property of G ISLANDS TOURS.

• Reproduction, distribution or commercial use without express authorization is prohibited.

11. DATA PROTECTION AND PRIVACY

  • Payment information (cards, banks)

  • Travel preferences and media files

  • Geolocation and online behavior

  • Device, IP, browser

  • Information from other travelers (with consent)

• • Process reservations and payments
